Spay/Neuter Vouchers

The City of Kyle has a limited number of spay/neuter vouchers available to city residents to cover the cost of the spay/neuter surgery at PALS Prevent a Litter in San Marcos.

There are four ways to apply for a voucher:

  1. Complete the online application below
  2. Email completed application form: KPD-ACO@cityofkyle.com
  3. Mail in completed application form: Kyle Police Department 1700 Kohler's Crossing, Kyle, TX 78460
  4. In Person: Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at 1700 Kohler's Crossing, Kyle, Texas 78640

Please provide proof of residency and rabies vaccination certificate with voucher applications. Proof of residency may include a government issued ID or City of Kyle utility bill with an address inside the Kyle City Limits.
