Establish New Service / Establecer Nuevo Servicio

Please complete and submit an application to the Utility Billing Office to establish new utility service in the City of Kyle.

An online version of the application can be filled out at http://www.2turniton.com. 

When selecting services, please click on "water" — our Utility Billing (UB) office will know what services are provided in your area based on your address.

If you prefer, you may print and complete the forms here which may then be scanned and emailed to utilities@cityofkyle.com. 

Please note: applications for new service are not accepted by telephone.  Applicants are also required to present a lease agreement or closing documents at the time the application is submitted as well as a copy of their driver's license.  If application is not filled out in person these documents can be sent to utilities@cityofkyle.com.

Prior to starting service, the UB Department will collect a deposit and service charge. The amount depends on the services provided in your subdivision. If the City of Kyle services your water, sewer and trash, the total amount due will be $158.48. If we only service your sewer and trash, the amount will be $95.09. Please refer to the Subdivision Deposit Sheet below to find what services the City of Kyle offers for your subdivision.

Antes de iniciar el servicio, el Departamento de Servicios Publicos cobrará un depósito y un cargo de servicio. La cantidad depende de los servicios prestados en su subdivisión. Si la ciudad de Kyle presta los servicios de agua, alcantarillado y basura, la cantidad total a pagar será de $158.48. Si sólo le prestamos los servicios de alcantarillado y basura, el importe será de $95.09 dólares.
