Save Water Save Money through the Residential Water Conservation Rebate Program

KYLE, TEXAS –– As we enter the high heat of the Texas summer months, the City of Kyle wants to make residents aware of the City’s Residential Water Conservation Rebate Program that is open to all current City of Kyle water utility customers.  

The program encourages residents to use water conservation devices to conserve water and save money on their water where possible by offering rebates for qualified devices, including: 

  • Low Flow Showerheads (≤2.0 gallons per minute) 
  • Low Flow Toilets (≤1.6 gallons per flush) 
  • Toilet Tank Flapper Repair/Replacement Kits  
  • Faucet Aerators 
  • Sprinkler Timers (Faucet Mounted) 

To qualify for a rebate an applicant must: 

  • Complete an application; 
  • Be a City of Kyle water utility customer; 
  • Have a current account with no outstanding balance; 
  • Have an original receipt of purchase included with the application;

Only products purchased after Sept. 19, 2023 are eligible for a rebate. Sales tax will NOT be reimbursed. Residents are encouraged to email wcrp@cityofkyle.com for questions regarding the Residential Water Conservation Rebate Program.

The City of Kyle also wants to remind residents and businesses that we are currently under Amended Stage 3 Drought Restrictions and ask that everyone continue to respect these restrictions and be good, neighborly stewards of our shared water resources.
