Kyle Police Department Investigates Report of Child Safety Incident

After investigation, the Kyle Police Department was able to confirm that the potential child safety incident reported the morning of Monday, Oct. 18 in the Spring Branch neighborhood did not involve any children and that no crime was committed.

The Kyle Police Department was made aware of a potential child safety incident where witnesses reported seeing a child trying to exit a red sedan while an argument occurred between two adults. Police were able to locate video and audio of the incident to confirm that a child was not involved and that no crime occurred. The Police Department worked together with Hays CISD in the investigation into this incident.
