Construction activity begins in the Kyle area to build Permian Highway Pipeline

Construction activity has begun in the Kyle area and will continue through the Fall of 2020. Off-duty Kyle Police Officers along with other local law enforcement agencies have been contracted by Permian Highway Pipeline, LLC for private security.
