WHEN: Thursday, August 29 from 5-7 p.m.

KYLE, TEXAS –– The City of Kyle is inviting the community to get updates, see progress, and ask questions about several projects from the voter-approved 2022 road bonds at neighborhood events throughout late summer and fall. Each meeting will focus on one road project and be held near the project limits.

The first of these meetings is set for August 29 and will focus on Windy Hill Road.

The next two meetings will focus on Kohlers Crossing and Bebee Road, respectively. Information about those meetings can be found on KyleRoadBonds.com.

These come-and-go style events will provide residents a unique opportunity to delve into the details of the projects, giving residents the chance to absorb specifics, understand project timelines, and see how these improvements will benefit the community. There will be various stations offering detailed information about each project and city staff, as well as the City’s contracted engineers, will be on hand to answer questions and speak directly to citizens.

In November of 2022, City of Kyle Voters approved Proposition A, a road bond for 8 transportation projects across Kyle totaling 10.3 total miles of new location, reconstruction, and widening projects to improve the City’s transportation network.

These projects will provide additional capacity to support current and future traffic, strengthen connections between the east and west sides of Kyle, and construct key segments of the Vybe trail system.
