A parking lot is being constructed in the lot south of La Verde Park to offer more parking for people using the park as well as for city events.
Status Updates
As of 8/16/24:
- Pay request wise project is 6.5% progress.
- Completed rough grading of the site.
- Moved spoils to the designated location.
- Mobilized equipment to the site.
- Storm material delivered.
- The contractor for Plum Creek Phase 2 completed the water tie-in for the Performing Arts Center.
- Storm pipe installation to begin August 14th.
- No weather days were recorded.
